Variants
A variant could be an alternate scenario, such as Capture the Flag; describe the victory conditions, special Hats, and so forth. Other kinds of variants include different ways of setting up the basic game, or most anything else your fevered brain can imagine.

PBLs
A Planned Board Layout (PBL) is a specific way of setting up the game tiles. PBLs can use any or all of the tiles--even multiple tiles from multiple copies of the game--as well as different grid layouts other than 4x4. For the layout, use the same format seen on our main page. (Row 1: blah blah blah, then Row 2: blah blah blah, and so forth.)
